Soundwill II is a 26 storey commercial tower at Tang Lung Street in the heart of Causeway Bay. Circulation cores are designed for maximum efficiency allowing open
areas for all forms of dining facilities. The podium and the roof are catered to outdoor
dining facilities much needed around this area. The project is connected by a foot bridge
to allow convenient access from Time Square making the project much more valuable.
