The land of this YWCA site was a residential site donated to them from the Lam family.
Residential units in the form of 21 storey hotel rooms with attached bathrooms are
designed to meet the needs of residents. The site is extremely narrow and situated in the
middle of high density towers. The rooms are designed with diagonal windows in order
for them to face the street for good ventilation and natural lighting. A duplex penthouse
situate at the top storey allows spectacular sea-view. Amenities such as the dining
room/kitchen and gym are located on the bottom four floors of the project.
